Our mission
A kitchen that belongs to this place.
Ish's Concessions and Catering LLC is a newly established Florida business (LLC L26000201812). We are based in Taylor County, Florida while we finish securing our property in Old Town, Dixie County — our future home base.
We cook affordable, healthy meals with produce from small businesses in the communities we serve. The long game is jobs, a commissary kitchen the health department can stand behind, and food that actually tastes like someone nearby grew it.

31% of the land loan is paid.
As of September 2026 we have made 15 of 48 payments — 31% of the loan on the Old Town property. That is the ground under the kitchen. Plans for Dixie County Health Department review are underway.
